Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unopened and in its original, resalable condition.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food supplements, capsules, liquids, and test kits cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

To start a return, contact us via our Contact page with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.
